I’m Michele Miller, MBA — founder of Miller Bookkeeping & Tax, which operates under Emerald Executive Consulting. My background brings together accounting, business, executive administration, teaching, and process improvement, which allows me to support small business owners in a way that is both organized and approachable.
I’m a QuickBooks Platinum ProAdvisor, PTIN-registered tax preparer, IRS Authorized e-file Provider, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and author of Tax Ninja. I enjoy simplifying complex information and creating systems that help owners feel less overwhelmed by their numbers.
On the personal side, I’ve been married for 21 years, have three adult children and one grandchild, and I’m a Connecticut transplant who now calls Michigan home. I value family, community, and relationships deeply. Outside of work, I love spending time with family, taking day trips, camping, enjoying nature, and soaking in Earth’s natural beauty.
